Wants of Summer 0.19 - Halloween

Late Halloween I know, was working on Exposed and its steam release. Had a lot of other projects and commissions to attent to as well. So forgive me! This update focuses on Kate's Halloween event, engaging in blasphemous acts in the city's cemetery on Hallow's Eve. This update also includes a sound overhaul, featuring many new SFX and tweaking of volume. I know the music was a bit loud in the previous versions. Changed up some visual elements too, just to make the game cleaner in presentation.
